Marc Goldschmitt is the Founder and CEO of Goldschmitt and Associates LLC. As ultimate and final decision authority, he sets the company strategic direction. He manages and conducts the day-to-day operations and administration of the company through the allocation of resources, delegation of authority and accountability for outcomes. His extensive assessment and turnaround experience includes transformation and outcome based alternative assessment. Nationally recognized Veteran small business advocate and subject matter expert. Mr. Goldschmitt holds a Bachelors degree and a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
Mark Hartl is the Director of Business Development at Goldschmitt and Associates where he focuses on identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with potential teaming partners. He is a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of marketing, sales, operations, and technical roles. His federal marketplace focus has included small and medium business, as well as Public Sector (Government, Healthcare, and Education) accounts worldwide. Mr. Hartl comes to Goldschmitt from IBM where his clients included both Defense and Civilian agencies. Mark holds a Bachelors Degree from Radford University and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business.
Rachael, our Director of Program Management, is an experienced Program Manager, Technologist, and Consultant with proven success bringing measurable improvements to her clients. Rachael has led successful projects across the Federal Government at multiple civilian and defense agencies and has expertise in Business Process Re-Engineering, Government and IT Program management, Training, and IDIQ management. She began her career in contract management at AOL in 1998 and transitioned to Federal contracting in 2002. She has since held positions of leadership at both large and small Federal contracting organizations. Rachael received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundations certifications. She is also a Shipley Trained Proposal Manager.
Ghislaine Sabbagh-Hughes, our Director of Information Systems, focuses on using technology to improve processes and customer satisfaction for Goldschmitt’s customers. She enjoys solving interesting and complex technical challenges. Ghislaine holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Treasury/Finance from McGill University.
Danielle, our Director of Training, has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, technical training, marketing, and event management and has experience working with both public and private sector organizations across North America, Europe and Asia. Danielle has a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shenandoah University with a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems (MIS), and a Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from James Madison University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
Patrick, a Program Manager within Goldschmitt and Associates, is a customer focused certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Utilizing over ten years of business experience in operations and in team management, Patrick directs and manages multiple Federal government projects for Goldschmitt and Associates. Pat has a diverse professional background, including experience in certified training delivery and development, federal records management, Lean Six Sigma and quality assurance. He is a proven champion of fostering a positive culture and continuous improvement environment. Patrick holds his Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University.
Ellen, a Senior Program and Proposal Analyst, holds her Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. She helps develop proposals, collaborates with teammates, customers and outside organizations, and provides her subject matter expertise to advise on strategic decisions and corporate functions. Ellen operates as Goldschmitt's Quality Manager leading our ISO compliance, and additionally assists in various areas of operations to include accounting, time collection and SharePoint maintenance.
Laura, a Senior Program and Proposal Analyst, is a results-focused professional with hands-on experience driving operations that support and advance organizational goals and success. Laura develops proposals and other documents and facilitates communication across all departments and other organizations including IDIQ management. Laura is instrumental in designing Goldschmitt's marketing and promotional program, and in the management of core corporate functions and compliance. Laura also operates as Goldschmitt's Facility Security Officer and holds additional experience in small business management, recruiting, human resources, compensation analysis, and benefits administration. Laura holds a Master's degree from the Maryland University of Integrated Health and her Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
